Nowoczesna Stodoła 140 is a large single-storey modular barn house produced from six timber modules with separate roof components. The footprint is 140 m2 and the body is about 17 m by 8 m. The layout includes a living room with island kitchen, four bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet, vestibule and utility room.

The house uses factory-made timber modular construction with insulated year-round envelope, roof, facade and windows. The delivery scope can be selected as developer, extended developer or turnkey with complete interior rooms and equipment.
