Apartament 140 is a single-storey modular family house produced from six timber modules. The footprint is 140 m2 and the body is about 17 m by 8 m. The plan includes a large living room with island kitchen, vestibule, corridor, utility room, bathroom, separate toilet and four bedrooms.

The house is delivered as a complete insulated external building with facade, roof and triple-glazed windows. Developer, extended developer and turnkey standards can define the level of interior walls, installations, floors, kitchen, bathroom fittings and lighting.
