SCANDI 4/30

SCANDI 4/30 is a two-storey modular house with about 100 m2 of total area and an 8 m by 11 m footprint. It is an enlarged version of SCANDI 4 with two bedrooms, one office, a kitchen, bathroom, terrace, and an added mezzanine created by the roof pitch.

The price scope includes delivery to the plot, while the house is prepared with interior finishing, electrical wiring, plumbing preparation, sockets, and an electrical panel. The structure is produced in modules for site assembly.
