SCANDI 4

SCANDI 4 is a single-storey modular house with about 83 m2 of total area and an 8 m by 11 m footprint. The layout includes two bedrooms, a living room, separate kitchen zone, bathroom, and terrace.

The building is completed according to German building requirements and prepared for commissioning. The standard equipment includes exterior cladding, windows and doors, class 32 laminate flooring, internal wiring, plumbing preparation, wood interior finishing, 200 mm insulation, and triple-glazed windows.
