Mohawk

Mohawk is a 113 m2 Cape Cod home with two bedrooms and one bathroom on the factory-built first floor. The main level contains connected kitchen, dining and living areas. A locally engineered and completed upper floor can expand the layout to four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 178 m2; that upper-level work is outside the factory package.

Wood-framed modules are factory-built with structural, interior, electrical and plumbing work completed to the selected specification. Foundation, transport, setting, utility connections and site finishes are coordinated with the local builder.
