Eight-Unit Multifamily is a 704 m2 single-level building containing eight self-contained two-bedroom, one-bathroom homes. Every unit has an open living, dining and kitchen area plus an in-unit washer and dryer connection. The repeatable arrangement supports workforce housing, rental, condominium or infill development.

Wood-framed modules are factory-built with structural, interior, electrical and plumbing work completed to the selected specification. Foundation, transport, setting, utility connections and site finishes are coordinated with the local builder.
