Marseille Holiday House 6 x 12 m (72 m2) – Insulation-Ready

The Marseille is an approximately 72 m2 timber holiday house with a 6 x 12 m principal footprint. The partitioned multi-room shell is prepared for separately sourced insulation and services. The insulation-ready shell uses 44 mm double tongue-and-groove spruce walls, external cladding, PVC double glazing and prepared floor and roof layers. The kit includes roof and floor boards, foundation beams, plan partitions, terrace boards where shown, fixings, hardware and assembly instructions.

Dried untreated timber is supplied. Insulation, membranes, roofing, foundations, assembly, services and finishes are excluded. The plan can be adjusted before production.
