Aurora is a 50 m2 fully finished insulated timber house supplied as a turnkey package. The scope includes the structural shell, 10 cm floor, wall and roof insulation, pile foundations, roofing, gutters, painted exterior cladding, painted windows and doors, installation, electrical and plumbing work, vinyl flooring and a completed bathroom with WC, basin, shower and water heater.

Delivery to the plot and unloading are included in the listed package.
