Orchid is a 62 m2 single-storey timber house arranged with three bedrooms, one bathroom and an open living area. The 68 mm solid-timber wall kit includes structural wall elements, roof components, windows and exterior doors for on-site assembly.

Tall glazing brings daylight into the shared space, while the compact rectangular plan supports permanent residential or holiday use. Delivery, foundations, installation and specification changes are quoted separately.
