Small Houses is een Ests bedrijf gespecialiseerd in modulair bouwen, geëxploiteerd door Small houses OÜ. Het bedrijf produceert premium spiegelhuizen, mini-villa's, modulaire woningen en sauna's voor zowel particuliere kopers als horecaondernemers.
De woningen worden gebouwd in warme, droge fabrieksomstandigheden met gebruik van gecertificeerde materialen, waarna ze op locatie worden geleverd en geïnstalleerd. Het assortiment omvat woonhuizen, zomerhuizen, mini-opslagruimtes en wintertuinen, met staalframe-oplossingen, maatwerkprojecten en luxe resortaccommodatieconcepten.

Cube 30 residential house is a 30 m² two-room modular residence produced on a painted steel frame. The 3500 x 10500 mm unit is designed for living or accommodation and includes mirror-glass frontage, premium wall and floor tiles, electric underfloor heating, heat-recovery ventilation, added bathroom ventilation, LED lights, facade lights, a flat ceiling in the living area and an 80 L boiler. Optional equipment includes kitchen furniture, dishwasher, fireplace, window coverings, hot tub, terrace construction and foundation packages.
Cube 20 residential house
Cube 20 residential house is a 19 m² factory-built steel-frame modular unit for year-round compact living or accommodation use. The external module measures 3400 x 7000 mm and includes painted steel frame construction, mirror-glass entrance, premium wall and floor tiles, electric underfloor heating, heat-recovery ventilation, additional bathroom ventilation, LED lighting, facade lights and an 80 L boiler. Optional equipment includes kitchen furniture, fireplace, dishwasher, window coverings and foundation solutions.
Villa Cube L with spa area
Villa Cube L with spa area is a larger premium mirror-glass villa concept built around a 35 m² steel-frame living unit and an integrated private spa setting. The house uses a 7000 x 7000 mm module with electric underfloor heating, heat-recovery ventilation, facade lighting, flat ceiling, 80 L boiler and thermo-pine sauna surfaces. It is configured as a high-end leisure or accommodation villa for two adults and a small child, with factory production, foundation options and installation managed as part of the project.
