Passion Zero 20 m²
Passion Zero 20 m² is a compact prefabricated unit planned for a garden house, home office, guesthouse, hotel or Airbnb use. The layout combines a living room and sleeping area with a shower and toilet. It is offered as a fully finished modular unit or as a flat-packed version for site assembly. The specification uses a durable structure, triple-glazed windows, efficient heating and ventilation, LED lighting, and exterior and interior finishing suitable for low-energy compact living.
Passion M3+
Passion M3+ is a 190.5 m² two-bedroom smart design house with a living room, kitchen and dining area, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a large under-roof terrace. The building system uses thermo-panel construction, region-specific high-efficiency insulation, composite and natural wood facade materials, and energy-saving technical systems. The exterior house kit includes structural elements, triple-glazed windows and doors, facade finishes and terraces; the interior kit provides technical systems and finishing materials.
Passion Zero 40 m²
Passion Zero 40 m² is a small prefabricated unit arranged with a living room, one bedroom, shower and toilet. It is intended for home office, garden house, guesthouse, hotel, Airbnb, cottage or compact living use. The product is available as a fully finished modular unit or as a flat-packed house assembled on site. The specification includes a durable structure, triple-glazed windows, energy-efficient systems, LED lighting, and interior and exterior finishing for year-round low-energy use.
Passion M1+
Passion M1+ is an 84 m² smart design house variant with a lounge, kitchen, bedroom, sauna, shower and toilet, terrace, and additional sleeping capacity in the lounge and shower or wardrobe area. The house is based on a thermo-panel structure with region-specific insulation, triple-glazed windows in northern regions, composite and natural wood facade materials, efficient ventilation with heat recovery, low-energy heating or cooling options, electrical fittings, sanitary ware and interior finishing materials.
Passion M1
Passion M1 is a one-bedroom smart design house with a lounge, kitchen, bedroom, shower, toilet and terrace. The 84 m² layout includes a living room with an additional sleeping area for two. The house kit consists of flat-packed structural elements, triple-glazed Schüco windows and doors, natural wood terraces, and facade finishing in quality wood and aluminium-composite. The interior kit adds heating, ventilation, wiring, sockets, lighting, plumbing, sanitary ware and finishing materials.
