MLK Houses manufactures CLT modular homes for business uses such as campsites, rental homes, remote offices and neighborhood developments. Its units range from 24 m² to 200 m² and are designed for clear costs, fast build times and predictable project delivery.

Since 2019 the company has manufactured and delivered more than 100 houses in the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Germany, supporting clients with permits, material choices, foundations and transport.
