CompactLiving is een Ests merk voor modulaire woningen en houtskeletbouw, verbonden aan MERU BALTIC OÜ. Het bedrijf produceert complete compacte woningen, modulaire woningen en houtskeletbouw-elementen, waaronder de Cliff-, Corner- en Teo-systemen.
Het fabrieksproces omvat ontwerp, productie, transport en montage, met een hoge mate van prefabricage in de fabriek om werkzaamheden ter plaatse te verkorten. CompactLiving ondersteunt ook modulaire woningmerken onder private label en exportprojecten voor klanten in heel Europa en daarbuiten.

Corner House
Corner House is a compact triangular modular building designed for corner plots, small gardens and rental or leisure use. The standard unit has a 20 m² gross area with large windows, a terrace and a simple foundation requirement. It can be configured as a home office, guest house, gym, sauna, man cave or Airbnb rental unit, and multiple units can be combined when a larger layout is required. The building is designed for easy truck transport, with two houses fitting on one truck.
Cliff House
Cliff House is a factory-finished prefab modular home produced as two modules for fast assembly. The layout includes a living room with open kitchen and dining area, internal and external storage, a large terrace, and configurable bedroom, bathroom and sauna options. Technical connections are prepared for the site grid, interior and exterior finishes can be selected by the customer, and the house is designed to be usable within about one week after assembly starts.
TEO 1
TEO Modular System is a standardized energy-efficient modular building system based on 6 x 3 m modules. The system allows the home to be expanded, reduced or reconfigured step by step, with movable walls, windows and doors depending on the chosen composition. It is designed for quick on-site installation on a simple pile or screw foundation and can be used for tiny houses, residential homes, rental units, hospitality buildings, cafés, schools or other modular layouts.

Thimo365
Thimo365 is a private-label modular house concept produced by CompactLiving for the Dutch market. One apartment is built from one 5.5 m x 10.4 m module, and the concept is intended for affordable 1–2 person households. The houses can be placed next to each other in rows, and the project uses solar panels to reduce energy-consumption costs. The listed reference shows two 57 m² units produced and delivered as a modular residential development.
