59.5 m² timber-frame modular house
The 59.5 m² model is a standard Box Homes timber-frame modular house intended for compact year-round living or leisure use. The published page describes a warm wooden-frame module with painted exterior finish, roof covering, triple-glazed PVC windows and doors, plasterboard interior finish, electrical installation, water and sewage connection points and ventilation. The building is factory-prepared, transported to the site and installed on prepared foundations with the main service connection works completed during assembly.
24 m² sauna module
The 24 m² sauna module is a compact timber-frame modular sauna building listed in the Box Homes project range. The specification follows the company’s insulated wooden-frame module system with painted exterior finish, roof covering, triple-glazed PVC windows and doors, plasterboard interior lining where applicable, electrical installation, water and sewerage pipes with connection points, and ventilation. The unit is produced off site as a prefabricated sauna or leisure module and delivered for placement and final connection on the client’s plot.
80 m² timber-frame modular house
The 80 m² model is a larger timber-frame modular house for residential use. The standard specification follows the Box Homes modular construction system with an insulated wooden frame, painted exterior cladding, roof covering, triple-glazed PVC windows and doors, plasterboard interior finish, electrical wiring, water and sewage pipes with connection points, and ventilation. The building is produced as factory-made modules and installed on prepared foundations, reducing on-site construction time while allowing interior completion according to the selected scope.
60 m² timber-frame modular house
The 60 m² model is a timber-frame modular house in the Box Homes standard project list. It is presented as a warm wooden-frame building with exterior painted cladding, roof covering, triple-glazed PVC windows and doors, plasterboard interior lining, electrical cables and distribution box, water and sewerage pipes prepared for connection, and ventilation. The module is built in factory conditions, delivered to the plot and assembled on a prepared foundation for residential or leisure use.
33.5 m² timber-frame modular house
The 33.5 m² model is a compact timber-frame modular house produced as an insulated factory-built module. The published specification identifies a 3600 × 9400 × 3200 mm module body with C24 kiln-dried timber, OSB layers and stone-wool insulation in the walls, floor and roof. The house is intended for small residential, guest-house or leisure use, with exterior cladding, roof covering, triple-glazed PVC openings, electrical routing, plumbing connection points and ventilation prepared by the manufacturer.
