Sense is a 26 m² fully modular, moveable cabin designed as a compact accommodation, office, gym, home cinema, or rental unit. The standard delivery includes a built-in kitchen with appliances, induction hob, refrigerator, bed frame or open studio layout, cupboards, hotel-style bathroom, zonal lighting, picture windows, smart locks, underfloor heating, smart thermostat, wood flooring, wall-to-wall larch cladding, hot water boiler, black bathroom fixtures, towel rail, shoe rack, and secondary entrance door.

Optional upgrades include climate packs, living roof, blackout curtains, privacy shutters, external storage, under-cabin lighting, and a galvanized steel entrance gantry.
