Komoda L77

Komoda L77 is a 60 m² modular house made from two modules and configured for family use throughout the year. The floor plan includes two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and WC with shower.

The module size can be adjusted and additional modules can be connected when more space is required. The house is manufactured off site, transported to the plot and assembled on prepared foundations, reducing construction time while keeping a modern compact form with dark exterior cladding and timber details.
