The unit is built on a steel-frame base and delivered as a finished, ready-to-live house with furniture and household equipment in the Premium scope. The construction includes 18 cm PUR foam insulation, triple-glazed windows, underfloor heating, air-conditioning heating and large glazing for year-round residential or leisure use.

Black Stone is a 43.57 m² Premium modular mobile house arranged with one bedroom, one bathroom, a living area with kitchen and circulation space. The house uses a steel-frame mobile structure with PUR foam insulation, triple-glazed windows and underfloor heating controlled by Wi-Fi. It is delivered as a finished year-round unit with a modern dark exterior, large glazing and interior equipment suitable for compact residential, rental or leisure use.
