ALUCADO develops modular houses and related site systems, supported by its work in steel screw foundations, terraces, carports, steel windows and photovoltaic integration. The house construction is designed for assembly from prepared components directly on the plot, reducing dependence on large transport modules and heavy lifting equipment.

Projects can combine the building with screw-pile foundations, solar canopies, energy storage and management systems, rainwater solutions and outdoor structures within one coordinated delivery.
