Modulhaus 96 Family is a ready-to-occupy modular family house with an efficient layout for a small family. The plan includes a living and dining area, three additional rooms, kitchen and bathroom, plus a technical room.

Standard scope includes air-to-air heat pumps in all rooms, heat-recovery ventilation, laminate flooring, bathroom tiles, sanitary equipment, plaster facade and photovoltaic preparation. The model is available with flat or pitched roof, with the flat-roof version used for the starting price.
