Modulhaus 155 Family is the largest family model in the modular house range and is supplied as a ready-to-occupy building. The layout offers a spacious living and dining area, four additional rooms, kitchen and bathroom, guest WC, technical room and entrance storage area, with several floor plan variants. Standard equipment includes heat pumps, heat-recovery ventilation, laminate flooring, bathroom tiles, sanitary equipment and photovoltaic preparation. 2x CUBE 12.00 combines two large CUBE modules into a flexible single-family modular home. The layout is described with two spacious bedrooms, a living room with dining area and open kitchen, two bathrooms and extensive storage. The model is designed for family residential use while keeping the CUBE modular concept and modern exterior language. It has about 63 m2 of living area and about 77 m2 of gross area. Tiny House Helsinki
