Modular house Kadagys

The Kadagys modular house provides 45 m² of living area in a two-module layout. The basic package uses calibrated certified C24 timber for the structure, with the roof, floor, and walls insulated with 200 mm mineral wool and a tightly installed vapour insulation film.

The house includes double-glazed windows, anthracite exterior frames, a black Classic tin roof, timber and Classic tin exterior cladding, and outputs for electrical, water, and sewage connections. Interior fittings, terrace, foundations, and transport are not included.
