Who we are
PrefabFind is created by Amatium, a product team based in Vilnius, Lithuania. The platform is led by Ivan, our director and CEO, and built by Titus, our builder and CTO.
Together, we build software, sales tools, marketplace infrastructure, and other digital solutions for companies working with prefabricated buildings.
We care deeply about prefabs because we care about construction. Factory-built homes, modular systems, and better organized project information can make the buying process clearer for customers and more scalable for manufacturers.
Why prefabs
We believe prefabricated buildings are a major part of the future of housing and construction. They deserve a buying experience that feels modern, trustworthy, and easy to understand instead of scattered across PDFs, old websites, and long email chains.
That is why we are interested in the whole system around the industry: the public marketplace, the infrastructure behind manufacturer profiles, and the sales flows that help real buyers move from interest to a serious conversation.
What we build
Amatium creates different kinds of solutions for the prefab industry, from PrefabFind itself to tools that help manufacturers present models, manage buyer interest, and improve the commercial side of their business.
We like the details: product data, model catalogs, inquiries, sales handoffs, and the infrastructure that makes a manufacturer easier to discover and easier to buy from. Put simply, we love working with prefabs.
