A 30 m² modular house with a distinctive modern exterior and compact residential layout. The model is built as a factory-finished module and transported to the site for fast installation on a prepared foundation.

It is suitable as a small home, guest unit or holiday house where controlled production and quick commissioning are important. Depending on package choice, the scope may include insulated envelope, windows, exterior finish, ventilation, electrical systems, sanitary equipment, heating and interior finishing.
