Maison NOW 81 is Everlia’s larger low-cost container house for buyers who want a defined self-build route rather than a bespoke project. The 81 m2 T4 layout provides three bedrooms and a conventional living programme, while the modules are supplied as a factory-prepared “Plug and Play” pack. The envelope, roof, electrical network, plumbing, heating equipment, bathroom and technical connections are prepared before delivery.

The buyer still manages foundations, transport, assembly and final interior finishes on site. The model suits a compact primary home, small development or rental project.
