HNH 120

The NH120 is a standardized single-story, 120 m² panel frame residential house designed for comfortable living for a family of 4–5 people. The house plan includes a spacious living room with a kitchen and dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a utility room, an entryway, and storage spaces. Large panoramic windows connect the interior spaces with the terrace, which is located under the continuous extension of the main roof. The simple rectangular building shape and gable roof ensure efficient production, quick assembly, and a reliable structure.

The house is manufactured at the Homenhotel factory using standardized structural panels and tested construction nodes. Various options for facade, interior finishes, and engineering systems are available. The structure is adapted to the climatic conditions of Lithuania and Scandinavia.
