Ark Alpine 1 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom H-shaped home designed for cold and elevated sites. It includes an open kitchen, dining and living room, walk-in pantry, mudroom and laundry, with a sheltered central entry between wings.

Factory construction includes double glazing, wall, roof and floor insulation, airtight detailing, low-VOC finishes, efficient lighting and fitted joinery. Completed modules are delivered to site; transport, foundations, site works, decks, permits, consultant fees and upgrades are priced separately.
