Ark Adapt

Ark Adapt is a four-bedroom, two-bathroom accessible family home organised around an internal courtyard. It includes a laundry, kitchen and connected living and dining spaces, with a plan intended to support changing mobility and household needs.

Factory construction includes double glazing, wall, roof and floor insulation, airtight detailing, low-VOC finishes, efficient lighting and fitted joinery. Completed modules are delivered to site; transport, foundations, site works, decks, permits, consultant fees and upgrades are priced separately.
