4-Bay ADU

The 4-Bay ADU provides 27 m2 of enclosed interior space and 36 m2 overall, including its covered entrance deck. It contains one bedroom, one bathroom with shower, and an open living and kitchen zone.

The flat-pack building uses an extruded aluminum frame, adjustable foundation feet and interchangeable wall panels. The standard configuration includes kitchen appliances and cabinetry, bedroom storage, washer and dryer, mini-split HVAC, hot-water equipment, smart lighting, hardwood flooring, metal siding and composite decking.
