Passive 1 Bedroom Small is a single-bedroom modular dwelling based on a 13 m by 5 m footprint, giving about 59 m2 of living area. The layout is designed as a compact secondary residence or independent guest unit with one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, living area, and built-in storage.

It is produced off site as a modular building and delivered for installation with Arcopod standard inclusions and finish options selected for the project.
