Passion Villa

Passion Villa is a custom smart design villa concept starting from 388 m². The sample floor plan includes kitchen and dining, living room, three to six bedrooms, three to six bathrooms, sauna or maintenance areas, terraces and a garage for two to four cars, with options for a separate guest house or garage house.

The villa uses thermo-panel construction, high-efficiency insulation, triple-glazed windows where required, composite and natural wood facades, low-energy systems and optional interior kit components.
