Passion M9

Passion M9 is a 242 m² smart design house planned for smaller plots while retaining a larger family layout. The programme includes kitchen and dining, living room, three bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, home maintenance room and terrace across two floors.

The construction uses thermo-panel structural elements, region-specific high-efficiency insulation and windows, composite and natural wood facade materials, efficient ventilation with heat recovery, low-energy heating or cooling options and optional turnkey interior kit components.
