Passion M5+ is a larger 227 m² three-bedroom smart design house with kitchen and dining area, living room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, home maintenance room and terrace.

The specification uses thermo-panel construction, triple-glazed windows in northern regions, composite panel and natural wood facades, energy-efficient ventilation with heat recovery, low-energy heating or cooling options, interior finishing materials, plumbing, sanitary ware, lighting and electrical fittings when ordered with the interior kit.
