Passion M3+

Passion M3+ is a 190. 5 m² two-bedroom smart design house with a living room, kitchen and dining area, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a large under-roof terrace.

The building system uses thermo-panel construction, region-specific high-efficiency insulation, composite and natural wood facade materials, and energy-saving technical systems. The exterior house kit includes structural elements, triple-glazed windows and doors, facade finishes and terraces; the interior kit provides technical systems and finishing materials.
