A 106. 6 m² modular house with a contemporary articulated roofline and a calm Nordic-Japandi design direction. The model provides a more spacious residential layout while retaining the speed and quality control of factory construction.

Modules are produced indoors, transported to site and assembled on a prepared foundation. Package options can include technical drawings, insulated envelope, windows, exterior cladding, ventilation, electrical and sanitary systems, heating, interior finishes and optional kitchen furniture.
