Modern 28 is a 28 m2 modular home in a modern exterior style, suitable for a small dwelling, guest unit, or holiday house. The building is produced with a wooden frame and finished in the manufacturer’s base package.

The specification includes RAL 7016 profiled roof sheeting, profiled metal and pine planken facade elements, timber lamella walls and ceiling, 33 class laminate flooring, 150 mm basalt wool insulation, PVC windows and doors, electrical wiring, MDF internal doors, and sanitary preparation.
