Element 12

Element 12 is a 12 m² compact cubic timber module for a garden studio, office, guest room or creative workspace. The model has a modern box-shaped exterior, large windows, full insulation and an electricity connection, with one compact internal room arranged for flexible use.

It is produced in the Create House factory and delivered as a small modular unit for prepared-site installation. The indicated VAT-included price is a starting estimate and excludes foundations, permits and site preparation.
