DeltaModul Z DUO is a 61 m2 modular house with an exterior size of about 10 m by 11 m. The model is a broader compact home format for residential, guest-house, or holiday-house use.

The standard package includes the insulated exterior walls, internal partitions, insulated floor, roof system, facade cladding, PVC windows, glass doors, electrical and water-supply installations, sanitary equipment, heating and ventilation options, and interior finishes chosen from the manufacturer specification.
