DeltaModul Z

DeltaModul Z is a modular residential house with 53 to 59 m2 of living space and an exterior size of about 7 m by 13 to 14 m. The model is designed as a compact year-round home or holiday unit.

The standard scope includes insulated exterior and interior wall systems, insulated floor and roof, facade cladding, PVC windows, glass doors, electrical installation, water-supply rough-ins, bathroom rough-ins, sanitary equipment, heating and ventilation options, and selected interior finishes.
