DeltaModul S Pultdach

DeltaModul S Pultdach is a 21 m2 modular small house with an exterior size of about 3 m by 10 to 11 m and a mono-pitch roof. The model is intended for compact residential, guest-house, garden-room, or holiday use.

The standard scope includes insulated exterior walls, inner walls, insulated floor, roof, facade cladding, PVC windows, glass doors, electrical installation, water and bathroom rough-ins, sanitary elements, heating and ventilation options, and configurable interior finishes.
