Cube 30 residential house is a 30 m² two-room modular residence produced on a painted steel frame. The 3500 x 10500 mm unit is designed for living or accommodation and includes mirror-glass frontage, premium wall and floor tiles, electric underfloor heating, heat-recovery ventilation, added bathroom ventilation, LED lights, facade lights, a flat ceiling in the living area and an 80 L boiler.

Optional equipment includes kitchen furniture, dishwasher, fireplace, window coverings, hot tub, terrace construction and foundation packages.
