Casalet Vilafranca

The Casalet Vilafranca is a 32 m2 flat-roof tiny home built as an 8 m by 4 m timber-frame chalet on a steel chassis. Its continuous roof overhang includes integrated spotlights and gives the house a compact protected perimeter.

The facade is ventilated and can be finished in timber or durable recycled cladding. The interior is planned to order with variable room count, practical details, bedroom and service-room options, and delivery as a complete chalet for holiday or residential plots.
