Barn 28

Barn 28 is a 28 m2 small modular barn house designed as a compact residential, guest, or holiday unit. The building is produced with a wooden frame and an insulated envelope for year-round use when the appropriate systems are selected.

The base scope includes profiled sheet roof covering, profiled sheet and pine planken facade finish, timber lamella wall and ceiling finish, laminate flooring, PVC glazing and doors, electrical wiring with fittings, MDF interior doors, and sanitary preparation.
