MyHouse designs, manufactures and builds low-energy prefabricated structures for residential, commercial and public use. Services can include project development, factory production of timber-based building elements, construction supervision, transport, assembly and selected joinery or finishing work.

Buildings are adapted to the plot, room programme and intended use rather than limited to a small fixed catalogue. The contract defines responsibility for permits, foundations, façade, windows, roofing, installations, interiors, external works, transport and final commissioning.
