TH FLAT33 is a 33 m² tutumRETREAT flat-line modular unit with a larger plan for nature stays, glamping resorts and private leisure use. The layout includes a separate sleeping zone, bathroom, compact kitchen and living area arranged in a clear rectangular volume with terrace access.

The building can be specified with wooden or steel frame construction, energy-efficient insulation and durable facade options. It is produced in controlled factory conditions, transported to the plot and finished through on-site placement, utility connection and final handover.
