Scandinavia 83 is an 83 m2 modular home in a Scandinavian style. The building is produced as a timber-frame modular structure and supplied in a base configuration for residential use.

The specification includes a profiled sheet roof in RAL 7016, profiled sheet and pine planken facade areas, timber lamella wall and ceiling finish, 33 class laminate flooring, 150 mm basalt wool insulation, PVC windows and doors, electrical wiring, interior doors, and sanitary preparation.
