SCANDI Double

SCANDI Double is a two-module mobility house with about 60 m2 of total area and an 11 m by 7 m footprint. The plan contains two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, corridor, and an optional terrace.

It is made for quick installation, later disassembly, and relocation when needed. The complete set includes factory-mounted windows, doors, laminate flooring, kitchen and sanitary area, internal wiring and pipework, wood interior and exterior finishing, 200 mm insulation, and double-glazed windows.
