DeltaModul S Flachdach is a 21 m2 small modular house with an exterior size of about 3 m by 10 to 11 m and a flat-roof form. The model is suitable as a compact home, guest unit, garden room, or holiday cabin.

The standard specification includes exterior and interior walls, insulated floor and roof, facade cladding, PVC windows, glass doors, electrical installation, water-supply rough-ins, sanitary fixtures, heating and ventilation choices, and selectable interior finishes.
