Balker manufactures modular and prefabricated houses for permanent residential and leisure use. Its offer is based on standard models that can be altered through the floor plan, external form, glazing, façade and interior specification.

Building sections are produced off site with structure, insulation and selected installations already incorporated. The company coordinates design adaptation, production, transport, module placement and assembly, with the finish level defined for each residential project.
