The 13.33 x 4.13 m building has no wheels and uses a 30-degree roof, creating a more spacious year-round layout than standard mobile units. The house is offered in BASIC or COMFORT scope, with optional DeLux overhead furniture and factory-prepared interior finishing.

The unit is built on a steel-frame base and delivered as a finished, ready-to-live house with furniture and household equipment in the Premium scope. The construction includes 18 cm PUR foam insulation, triple-glazed windows, underfloor heating, air-conditioning heating and large glazing for year-round residential or leisure use.

Bali is a 35 m² Comfort modular mobile house with two bedrooms, one bathroom and a living room connected to the kitchen. The 3.5 x 10 m unit is built on wheels and prepared for year-round use with insulated walls, quality windows and heating equipment. The living-room sofa can provide additional sleeping space, allowing the house to accommodate up to six users. The model is delivered in BASIC or COMFORT scope with finishing and furniture depending on the selected option.
Moon Light
Moon Light is a 57 m² Premium modular mobile house with three bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room with kitchen and four fixed sleeping places. The 4.3 x 13.3 m house is built as a year-round unit with a steel-frame base, 18 cm PUR foam insulation, triple-glazed windows and Wi-Fi controlled underfloor heating. The Premium delivery includes finished interiors and equipment, making the model suitable for larger families, rental operators and leisure plots.
