Modern 18

Modern 18 is an 18 m2 compact modern modular unit for small residential, guest, or leisure use. The model uses a wooden-frame structure with factory-prepared finishes and services.

The base configuration includes profiled sheet roofing, profiled metal and pine planken facade sections, timber lamella internal walls and ceiling, 33 class laminate flooring, 150 mm basalt wool insulation, PVC windows and doors, electrical wiring with fittings, MDF internal doors, and sanitary preparation.
